I have found that for ease in marinating, you cannot do without ziplock freezer bags. You can marinate a product using much less marinade, you don't need to keep flipping the product over to get all sides, and it takes up very little space in the fridge (once you squeeze all of the air out). Any one else have some handy shortcuts to share?
