need to know temps.

The greatest thing with the beer mop is that you can change the flavor completely with changing the type of beer that is used. Personally I always have atleast 6 different kinds of beer on hand at all time (in case of an emergency) and I make sure that when I purchase more that it is a different kind than before.

I find that grilling requires a sense of humor.
How else do you deal with flare ups, offerings to the grill gods, and other general screwups?
Its either humor or beer...
