Which Book To Buy Next?

Just found out that I will be getting a gift certificate for a local bookstore. Looks like it's going to be used to purchase the "Barbecue Bible".

I bought the "Beer-Can Chicken" book today. Really looking forward to trying some of the recipes in the book.
