hi guys can anyone tell me some good ways to fix hole vidalia onions on the grill// i know how i would fix them bacon and bbq sauce but i would like some other ideas. also can anyone tell me a good recipe for a buffalo rub for wings i cant find one in stevens book sauces rubs and marinades

The first idea that comes to mind is lollipop style, where you hold the slices together with skewers, oil them, and grill them.

hey chicken theay where the best onions ive evwer had i will be grilling them that way from now on thanks for the recipe

I'm glad it worked out for you! I'll be attending a potluck dinner later this year and am thinking that they'd be a nice addition to the menu.

I agree. Those onions look fabulous. Glad they tasted great too, Tim! :D
