Had a hankering for some peppers this weekend.
Beef and pork (with lots of onions) mix in the big ones.
Cream cheese and Colby jack in the small ones. :D

Nice work! I've never seen bell peppers stuffed canoe-style before; my mom always stuffs them vertically. I think you're able to get a higher stuffing-to-pepper ratio that way, too! :wink:

Thanks.
It seems that you get more in them this way because you can heap them up a bit,
Much easier to clean and stuff as well.

I always try for the ripe red peppers instead of the green ones :D

Love those great looking peppers, 2beast. I'm also curious about the sauce too.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

The sauce is barbecue sauce that has been doctored to include chipotles and Vidalia onions :D
