Kalamazoo is a sponsor of the latest season of "Mexico: One Plate at a Time" and I think the hybrid model is the one that shows up in the scenes shot in Rick Bayless' back yard. I wonder if Kalamazoo might be interested in sponsoring me as well. :wink:

I've looked at these units for a number of years. Very nice, but also very expensive. :shock:
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
