Just a little under 3 lb. choice beef tenderloin roast leftover from the whole beef tenderloin that I cut fillets from for the 4th. Grill smoked to just the medium side of medium rare. Had to cut a couple fillets off for the wife and put back on the grill. She likes her beef done medium well. No veggies to grill or even make a salad. Think I used them all up last night. Opened up a box of the "San Francisco Treat" to go with.

Sounds really good! Which flavor Rice-A-Roni did you use? When I was a kid chicken was always my favorite and I can still eat it with anything, even a non-chicken main dish.

Chicken Garlic - Found the box in the pantry. Think stepdaughter left it here when she moved in March. I usually make my own Rice A Roni type side dishes from scratch.
