Happy Father's Day to all you Dads out there. I made this for my Dad yesterday. Not grilled, but it was cooked outside in a turkey cooker. :) Lowcountry Boil is also referred to as Frogmore Stew or Shrimp Boil. It includes fresh Corn on the Cob, Red Potatoes, Sausage, Shrimp and Snow Crab Legs. Around here, it's usually served without the Snow Crab Legs....but they were on sale and ahhhmazing! :) Definitely a South Carolina favorite.

Happy Father's day to you too Dyal, I'm liking those boil packets, where did you get those?

That's what I would call a happy pot!

Never made one of those, but that looks delicious! There were some lucky dads around that pot.

Oh, man...that looks like it smelled and tasted awesome!

Is another type of crab generally used or do the traditional recipes omit it altogether?

Wow - I've had this before but never with the crab lags. Nice one, Dyal!
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
