The Recipe: Tarragon Chicken Paillards
I love Chicken Paillard, and so does the wife. When ever you have a meal with a salad on top, the wife is in!!!
Flatten out the chicken and get it in the marinade while I get the egg ready:
After 35 minutes time to cook them up:
A very quick meal, 2 minutes or so on each side, boy my backyard is smelling good. Yank them off and top them with a good salad blend, add some dressing (marinade), toms, and some fresh cheese:
I swear the chicken is under there...
Such a quick & easy dinner with such a big impact.. Love it..
