Made a quick meal tonight on the egg, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper on the salmon and threw them on on the egg at 400°.

Sroach, if that's what you do for a quick meal, then you produce jaw droppers when you take your time! You brought the "Wow" factor to this one-- What could be better salmon than when it's grilled and with pine nuts yet!-- I am inspired, luv 'em both. And some epicurean asparagus on the side... Get in my belly!

Great job, Roach - the chimichurri and pine nuts were a nice touch! How's the salmon fishing in Pennsylvania?

Great recipe with the BGE, sroach! We're launching the new BarbecueBible.com tomorrow, and I'm featuring a link to this thread and your recipe (along with one of your photos here) on the homepage in a community spotlight.

It's so easy you just have to stand in the river and jump in your hands...

I wish... Although we do have a nice Seafood market that gets wild line caught salmon, you pay a little more but I think it's worth it.

Excellent job, Roach! The grill marks look really good and I bet it tasted fantastic.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

Thanks Dyal,

Salmon is on the strong side, but with the right spices it's awesome.
