After seeing Dyal's Mustard based ribs I wanted to simulate it on a pork tenderloin my wife wanted me to cook up, so slathered some mustard and a basic rub of Brown Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Cayenne, and fresh Thyme.

While the pork run was setting up I chopped up some celery, red pepper, onion, bacon, and sautéed them and added a can of red and pinto beans, threw in a scoop of Mustard, Cider Vinegar, and salt and pepper:

Grilled the Pork on all sides 400° direct method, brought it to 150° and let it rest for 5 minutes:

Decent meal, I see this being a staple at the Roach house...

Oh baby, there's a delectable looking work of art, and wholesome too! Luv everything about that meal, Sroach , including that you did not use cumin in your rub. :D

DOH!!!! I knew I forgot something... Damn you're taste buds BC... :lol:

DROOOOL!!! :shock: I'm not sure which one looks better....the pork or the beans.
