Been a long time "lurker" and decided to join the fun. Let me first say I've picked up some good techniques and recipes from all of you. Truly talented cooks on this board!
Decided to do some ribs a couple of weeks ago. After buying some loin backs, I was told a friend recently had a pig slaughtered. Went and got some meat and decided some fresh sausage and a big slice of ham would be a good compliment to the ribs.
