-- That guac brand is "Cardena's," and rats!, it's a Latino store's version that I'm pretty sure you cannot get. Better than anything I've ever succeeded in making, so I go with it. I'm proud of my salsa fresca, a pico de gallo type more or less. And I can say that this Cardena's is much like adding a pico to mashed avos, but I somehow miss the magic "swish and flick" of it. If you like, I can post the salsa recipe that I follow.
