I have a Treager single use smoker. you poor the the pellets into the small smoker, you poor in some chemical over some of the pellets then like the chemical which will ignite the pellets. After a few minutes you have smoke.
My questions is this I use green and red peppers, and onions for the Brat Bath. Will this little smoker get the the vegetables cooked. I was thinking the smoke on vegetables might be good for adding flavor to the brats, in the brat bath, or on the bun with the brat.
The little smoker stays hot for about an hour, I would only use the smoker for the vegetables, not enough room on this grill for both.
Just need to know if the little smoker will cook the vegetables, and how long it will take?
