Cheesy sausages are one of my favorites...I think each of the Big 3 here in WI (Klement's, Usinger, Johnsonville) offers one and they're all delicious.

I did manage to get the CSRs on the rotisserie and they're cooking away over charcoal and a piece of an oak branch I found in the yard. Tonight I'm actually cooking to time rather than temp because once they reach 140 they'll be good no matter what the final number is.

Plus the smoke in the garage is really annoying the squirrels that live in the walls... :twisted:
