Baby Backs and Smoked Mac n Cheese

Forgot I had these pix.... I smoked this up while the board was down during the time of Hurricane Sandy. Can't remember the recipe for the Mac n cheese, but I do remember I used 4 or 5 different cheeses in there.





















Love me some smoked Mac n cheese. I may hafta make it again soon.

Outstanding! The ribs look excellent but I could really go for a big plate of the mac 'n' cheese!
