Tuna steaks

Did some tuna steaks tonight on the BGE.

My son is not a fan of fish so there was a bacon wrapped filet as well to keep him happy.

Tuna marinated in Worcestershire sauce and honey






Added some sesame seeds during grilling



Finished off the meal with broccoli , rice and biscuits.




On a side note.

Back in the 40's my grandparents ran a rather large supper club and dance hall.
The china in the pics was from the old restaurant

Very nice, Greg! Were the steaks still fairly rare in the center? It's too bad your son doesn't like fish but has he ever tried grilled tuna? When it's really fresh it hardly tastes like fish at all!

Hit them with a hot sear on both sides and they were fantastic.................

Have been working on the son.
He will eat fish but definitely not his preference.

I have to admit................I was the same way for years
