My sister in law just got back from Argentina (visiting the relatives) and brought us a do-hickey called a "Provolera". This thing makes melting Provoletta a snap. I figured this was a natural for the Pizza Oven, so I gave it a rip.
Cubed up a bunch of Provolone and seasoned it with oregano, red pepper flakes and a little black pepper.
Stuck them in the do-hickey.
Put the do-hickey in the pizza oven for about 5 minutes.
Served these up with some toothpicks to get the cheese out and spread over Italian bread rounds. It was incredible. Will be repeating this for the game today.
Don't know if you can get these locally, but I found a Brazilian site that advertises them.: http://www.provolera.com.br/
Maybe you can find one on eBay. Beats trying to grill it by a mile.
