ive got the 2 centers from the hind quarters of the deer, something easy to complicated doesnt matter.

first ill soak in water and leach out the blood, so theres time to come up with something

These would be similar to beef rounds, right? Since pit beef uses top round what about pit venison?

Pit venison sounds good. Maybe wrapped in bacon :twisted:

My family has always soaked in milk. Maybe I will try water next time

i thought maby it was an eye of round but i call it Nerf football roast :D


what i want to do with it is sliced or shaved thin for sammies and maby on cheese and crackers.


at a flea market today and found this for 2 bucks, dont know how well it works but for 2 bucks ill try it.
