One of the major grilling weekends is upon us...Super Bowl Sunday is only 2 days away! Anybody doing anything special for the game? Or just some live-fire cooking in general?
We tend to nibble on cheese, sausage, crackers, etc. before the game so I usually don't cook a big meal, but I'm thinking that some smoked chicken thighs with Gibson-style white barbecue sauce would be mighty tasty.
