One of the major grilling weekends is upon us...Super Bowl Sunday is only 2 days away! Anybody doing anything special for the game? Or just some live-fire cooking in general?

We tend to nibble on cheese, sausage, crackers, etc. before the game so I usually don't cook a big meal, but I'm thinking that some smoked chicken thighs with Gibson-style white barbecue sauce would be mighty tasty.

I think we are going to try a Baltimore Pit Beef. I couldn't think of anything bbq related to go with the Niners.

Made up a batch of hot wings, smoked them over mesquite.

Nice wings, Scorch! The color is an effective reminder that they're packing some heat!

Thanks Guys! I love SR's Buffalo Mop out of "Sauces, Marinades and Rubs". Easy to alter the heat and the Wine and Butter and Garlic make it easily translatable to seafood and other targets.
