cut up some Velveeta cheese and cold smoked it for 7hrs, also some mixed nuts

Velveeta's texture makes me think it would absorb smoke fairly well. Did you leave the nuts in for 7 hours as well?

they were both in for 7hrs, for me the cheese wasn't over smoked and it was bursting with flavor and it should mello out over next few weeks wrapped up in the fridge.
