I've noticed that the Chargriller Pro sold at Lowes has a shorter but wider and deeper cooking area than my old Pitmaster. Has anyone made any modifications to their unit to take advantage of the depth and smoked on two levels rather than just the surface grates? I figured you could probably smoke shoulders or briskets below and reserve the top for later addition of ribs.
