Jucy Lucy Night

Haven't made one in a while and for some reason I had a real strong craving for one....I defrosted some ground beef 80/20 and made up some patties and then put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes...

Had some really tight seals but one kinda lost it's cheese...Not sure why....I made a slit in them once I flipped them too

And all the other ones were just like this...So juicy...I think next time I'll add another slice of American. One wasn't enough
