You can always take a sheet or two of foil and fold up the edges and make a little foil pan and make it the exact size you need for what you are cooking.
My three favorite wings? Gee....I don't know. It's always hard to beat good ole hot wings. And then the piri-piri wings would have to be included. The Australian Beer-Barbecued ones were interesting, and I enjoyed them, but don't know if they would make top 3. I don't know if I have a 3rd. There is a place in Texas called Pluckers. I'd like to figure out how to re-create their Baker's Gold. It's only got a one out of their 5 star rankings for heat, but it has an interesting flavor that I can't quite figure out.
