Here was attempt at another pizza. I put the pizza on to soon. I didn't let the stone heat up enough. NO cut pics. I did mess up the on section of the dough picking it up on the peel. It was tasty.
Used this calculator.
Weber OTG/smokneator/rotisserie

One of the things I'm looking forward to after I do some low-temperature cooks to break in the gasket on my new BGE, is grilled pizza. Looking at your pictures is making me wish that day will come even sooner. I'm also jealous of the relatively round shape you got with your pizza dough. Mine are always rather freeform and never resemble a circle. I hope it tasted as good as it looked!

Looks good to me! Way better than the Little Caesars I had the other night. :lol: Jim, I've talked to other eggheads about that same issue (whether it matters to "break" in the gasket). And I've done it both ways and that sucker is gonna get crispy eventually regardless. :lol: I hear others found the same thing I did. I personally don't think it matters.

Jim, you are gonna fry your gasket regardless. You can either replace it or go without (that's what I did). You don't really need one.
