I could certainly see where you thought I might have that Enterprise pizza cutter. While I'm a fan of the show, it is not part of my lifestyle like that. I did have a model of the original Enterprise when I was a kid, but it's long gone and there's no other Star Trek memorabilia around this house. I will admit that's a cool pizza cutter though, thanks for the link.

I didn't want to inadvertently hijack jsperk's pizza post thread, so I'll mention here I'm actually doing a brisket today. By the time that's done the gaskets going to get used for high-temperature cooks. It may or may not be broken in, but I'm dying to make some steak... and pizza... and paella.
I've got to give the paella some thought. Originally I was thinking that was one of the things I would still do on my gas grill. In reading some of the threads about ceramic cookers on the Naked Whiz website I was intrigued to see that they said the BGE is ideal for making paella. The only problem as I see it, is some of the ones I've done it involved two other sauté pans in addition to the paella pan plus I'm using the sideburner to heat some of the broth. Perhaps what I will do is use the gas grill for the two sauté pans and for heating the broth like I do now. And I'll finish off the paella after all ingredients are added together in the paella pan on the
BGE.
I can already tell on the fuel. My chickens took an hour and a half at 325 degrees. This morning when I opened up the grill there was an area of charcoal about 6 Inhes in diameter that had turned gray but wasn't burned through yet. The stuff was hardly touched!
