Stuffed peppers

I did some stuffed peppers this week.

Red bell peppers stuffed with beef and pork.
Mixed in with onions, diced jalapeno, salt, pepper, tomato paste and rice mixture.
Glazed with Sweet baby Rays chipolte sauce towards the end.

they turned out great............family got into them before I could get a finished pic.
