Another New Grill :)

Few days ago I said good-bye to an old friend as I watch my Treager grill being hauled off. Yes, I sold it because I have not used in three years and it was time to give it up.

Today I welcomed a new friend and long awaited reunion

The grill is well built and assembly was so easy. It’s very versatile and portable, so I can take it camping with me any time.



This grill is not only good for Kabobs and Souvla, but I can also do churrasco style grilling, Taco al Pastor, Gyros, Souvlaki or any other Rotisserie cooking.
Can’t wait to give it a try

Looks like a terrific set up! What is your favorite rotisserie setup? I keep contemplating what rotisserie to go with.... I really want to add one to my mancave..

The rotisserie you get depend on the type a grill you have and the application. I have a Rotis for my CG and one for the Weber with the extension ring. I like both of them, but some time I run out of room and I prefer the multi Rotis set up, so I could cook a variety of food at the same time without having to use two grills.

Churrasco was the first thing I thought. That is an awesome setup you got. I am going to check those out. I am a huge fan of places like Fogo De Chao and Boi Na Braza. Very... very cool. Thanks for sharing!

Is there anyway to make your pictures bigger? Its kind of hard to see all the detail on the grills.

Churrasco grilling uses only rock sea salt and wood fire for flavoring. They also have special cuts of Beef that they use like Picanha, which is a top Sirloin cap. You can ask your butcher for one or shop at a Latin Market.
