What an insane weekend to roast a turkey, what with all the heat. Fortunately, this 15.6 pound birdie only took two hours to cook. I went with water that was mixed with poultry seasoning in the cannon, and I sprinkled the bird with poultry seasoning as well.

Nice! All of these recent turkey posts have me looking forward to Thanksgiving!

That is one awesome looking bird!! I'm with Dyal... may need to be thanksgiving early around here.

Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
I hope there were plenty of taters and gravy as well!
