Another week, another weekend

We've made it! Well, just about, anyway...

Anybody have anything going on? I'm probably doing some burgers tomorrow and maybe a pork tenderloin on Sunday.

Still dealing with ridiculous amounts of rain here, so I'll have to play it by ear. Last forecast I saw had both Saturday & Sunday as total washouts though. Weather's been like this for about 2 weeks now. Sure wish my apartment had some shelter for grilling.

We're going over to our friends' house on Saturday for dinner, so that leaves Sunday. I'm fixing carne asada, pico de gallo, and some guacamole......

I made what the missus called poor mans surf & turf last night-- burgers & shrimp. Pretty tasty. Only phone photos. T-bones tonight because that's what my sister likes. I don't mind either. Sunday... well... we will see how that develops.
