Classic Amarican Hamburgers

After a couple ethnic style cookouts, time for me to return to the greates cuisine of all--That's right, Amarican! Amd tp eat on good ol' Amarican plates! And to include deluxe Amarican cheese!

It's mighty nice to be prepped



Now to get it all together and plate it up with some Freedom fries.Add a little of that Amarican char. (Don't mind me... I'm just feeling sentimentally patriotic today)

Steaks and chickens and ribs and all that other stuff we cook are great, but it's tough to beat a good cheeseburger and fries!

I could go for a good ole fashioned hamburger right about now. Nicely done.

I forgot to add that I grilled the buns and dressed them with my "secret sauce"-- mixed mayo and catsup... very similar to a 1000 Island dressing. I luv what the char does for flavor. Man!-- y'all should have seen the flames dancing wildly on them during the cook.
