After a couple ethnic style cookouts, time for me to return to the greates cuisine of all--That's right, Amarican! Amd tp eat on good ol' Amarican plates! And to include deluxe Amarican cheese! :D

It's mighty nice to be prepped

Now to get it all together and plate it up with some Freedom fries.Add a little of that Amarican char. (Don't mind me... I'm just feeling sentimentally patriotic today) :D

Steaks and chickens and ribs and all that other stuff we cook are great, but it's tough to beat a good cheeseburger and fries!

Classic! My favorite burger of all. I could hide a couple of those, no problem! :)

Thank you, Gentlemen. I am happy to be in good company :D

I forgot to add that I grilled the buns and dressed them with my "secret sauce"-- mixed mayo and catsup... very similar to a 1000 Island dressing. I luv what the char does for flavor. Man!-- y'all should have seen the flames dancing wildly on them during the cook. :D
Got beer???
