Round roast

Just did a round roast and potato's. Used Dizzy dust with some crushed pepper, injected with worcestershire sauce and melted butter mix.
Cooked at 275 and pulled off at 140.
Put on some homemade buns with some provolone cheese and Hellmans mayo. The buns were a little to dense.

Interesting idea to inject the roast. Since round is usually pretty lean did it help to keep it moist?
