Pizza

Made some pizza, tasted really good but wasn't happy with the tops of pizza. Didn't get the browning I wanted. The shroom pizza was first one out so it really didn't brown. The bottoms browned really good. Gives me a reason to make more pizza.
I was trying to get better with pizza on my ceramic grill. For whatever reason I do better with pizza on my kettle.

Nice job! I understand about the browning as I ran into that on my last pizza cook, too.

Yesterday I looked at the pizza with anchovies and well last night for dinner......pizza with anchovies. It has been a while and boy are those little fishy, salty, brine tasting things awesome!

I could go for some of that pizza right about now. I don't think I've ever had anchovies on a pizza. I know its a classic thing. Maybe I should try it some day.
