No kidding. For the longest time, I've been wanting to try one of these Lodge cast iron grill pans. And I wanted to share with you my results and assessment. One could always use one of these outside on the Q too.

Of course, some of you, like Dyal, could get much nicer grill marks. I tried a small sample. I swear, I was reminded of a good quality steakhouse steak. {That steak was taken from a larger cut of London Broil). Anyway, I had another purpose for this meat-- a stroganoff/goulash, with fettucini, mushrooms, onions, sour cream, mustard, etc. What it may lack in purdiness, it more than makes up for in flaovr!--- Mmm Mmmmm.
