couple cooks (lots of pics)

I made some homemade sausage and also tried making homemade rolls to curve like sausage. My bread making skills aren't very good. Hard to get everything uniform. Made the wife a marlin steak. Never cooked that before.









Some soda I found while visiting Gettysburg Pa. Bacon soda tasted awful.

Griffins cheese mixture again. I tried a chicken cordon bleu version. Mixed ham and swiss in the cream cheese and used ground chicken breast.

looks like everything turned out nice and tasty the rools look good to i did smoked spares today ive tryed to do photos but can never get them right food looks good

This has to be one of the more unusual (but interesting) posts I've seen on here. Nicely done!!

That bacon soda has me thinking about the "Everything tastes better with bacon" expression and how you seem to have found the exception. Actually Pumpkin pie is one of my favorites too, but I can't imagine voluntarily drinking pumpkin soda.

Wow, that does look creative and delicious! Those buns were a great idea! It's deer season in SC in just a few weeks now. Hope I get one so I can make me some sausage.

Everything looks mighty tasty... sausage looks great. I thing curved sausage rolls are the best idea I have seen in bread in a long time. Maybe that's what we should say... best thing since curved sausage rolls. Hmmm... maybe that's wrong.

If you take one of the rolls and throw it will it come back to you?

Did you taste the marlin steak at all? What did your wife think of it?

I did try a small piece. It was pretty and I don't like fish much unless it's long john silvers My wife loved it.

Now that's taking it up to the next level, Jsperk! That looks soooo good.
