Turtle Eggs

Brother-in-law had some land between Luling & Lockhart with a tank. He had turtles, bass, and snakes. Had to be real careful when you walked out to it - lots of rattlers and he said there were moccasins out there to but I never saw one.

Nice looking app... I will be giving those a try.

Those look fantastic. I'm a scotch egg fan so anything that is stuffed in a meatball is ok by me! As a huge abt fan I love this dish.
