Burgers

I wanted to try this chili cheese sauce. I used John Henry cactus rub for a chili burger. Pretty good stuff. Couldn't pass it up for a $1 a jar on sale.
Tofu and taters and spinach for the wife.



Yesterdays second try at kfc but I used legs. They turned out good. They were crispier than the pics look.

Looking great! Can't wait to get back to my grill. Do you think the batter of the chicken would hold up to deep frying? Or does it only work on the grill?

I think it would hold up in the deep fryer. Althouh I saw this store bought stuff that looked good. I may try it this weekend. I may try one deep fryed. I haven't had some good deep fried chicken in ever.

Did you use the JH rub on the tofu, too? What'd your wife think of it?

Thanks. I used the John Henry Tammy's Herbal on the tufu. She liked it. The J.H. herbal is maybe my favorite from J.H., better than the sugar based rubs. Some of the sugar based ones are to much for me,
