I got to find this Carne Asada spice...

Great looking burger... Hamburguesas for all!! Yours looked delicious and I am not sure I could make them any other way, but you might try getting a telera roll from a Hispanic market next time. I really like the tortas at the local taqueria which uses the telera bread as well as a few strips of nopalitos... cactus that is. Very tasty!

OK... now that I have digressed about Mexican food, which is my second favorite, let me say again that you made a great burger. I would like to order 3 to go with extra beans.

Sroach-- I sure do hope you find that carne asada rub. Chef Merito is so good and genuine tasting. I've tried a few that were just awful and not even close.

Qjuju-- Thanks for the terera idea, brother! I have enjoyed telera roles. Thing is, my health is at a point now that I have to at least try to eat as wholesomely and nutritiously as possible so that refined grains are ill-advised for me.
