That might just be a good reason for me to look a little harder at this. By the way, how do you refuel? For example, I have two baskets and just swap them out and pour the remaining coals off of one to the basket that I'm putting in.
I have one large basket that I made. I just pull the coals toward the grill and then add there. The more I use this the more I get use to it. Usally after I add that much meat it takes quite a while for the temp to get back up even though it had been out of the frig for three hours. It took a lot less time to recover.
