Plantation Shrimp Recipe

Can someone help me?? I left my copy of The Barbeque! Bible at our vacation home and my wife promised guests that are visiting tonight that I'd serve her favorite shrimp dish : Plantation Shrimp. Would someone help me out with the marinade and glaze ingredients???
