Good Ribs!

I just got BBQ USA for my birthday last week. The wife also surprised me with 4 slabs from Allen Brothers (a great place for ordering steaks, ribs, whatever...www.allenbrothers.com). I found the recipe for the Apple Ribs from Murphysboro, IL with the apple bbq sauce. WOW! What a delicious recipe it was. I added more brown sugar to the sauce as the wife likes the sauce sweeter, but they were out of this world! I recommend this recipe highly!
