One of the best Mod's I have done on my CG is the two thermometers on the lid about 1 1/2" above the cooking grates on each side of the handle. (only better one is the Basket mod for SFB)

I really like the ability to see what the difference in temps from SFB side to far side is, really give more accurate indicator.

Just got my rotisserie today and will be sticking that on after I get back from Hunting Monday Afternoon. (the latest mod)
