Lately, I've been grilling peppers from my garden.
I pick a few, cut them in half lengthwise, drizzle them with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
I also put a little garlic, minced onion and feta cheese in them.
They're really good to eat, and also easy and fast.
I don't have one of those pepper grills that was in another thread.
but I'm planning on grilling them vertically later on.
What other ingredients go good with grilled stuffed jalapeno and banana peppers?
