Hello all,

Lately, I've been grilling peppers from my garden.
I pick a few, cut them in half lengthwise, drizzle them with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
I also put a little garlic, minced onion and feta cheese in them.
They're really good to eat, and also easy and fast.

I don't have one of those pepper grills that was in another thread. :(
but I'm planning on grilling them vertically later on.

What other ingredients go good with grilled stuffed jalapeno and banana peppers?

Thanks,

If you don’t have a chile grill and want to make smoked stuffed jalapenos, then here is an alternative:

All you need is a disposable foil cupcake pan. Place it up side down and poke a hole big enough to hold a jalapeno. For larger peppers, don’t turn them upside down; just poke few holes in the bottom of each cup using a skewer. This way the smoke can reach them from the bottom as well. They cost about 99 cents each and the cleaning is a breeze, just toss them away.
