Hi gang,

Hey for the benifit of all of us, I've posted links to 4 meat charts that I've had for awhile. They're actually from the 1960's, but just as valid today as they were then. Right click the link and select "save target as" to save it to your machine. If you want to print any of them make sure you select "fit to page" as a printing option.
This should help all of us determine what comes from where when were dealing with the butcher or grocery store.
