Cooking beer can turkeys

I am going to indirect cook 2ea. 9 lb. turkeys on beer cans, will the cooking time be longer because of doing two birds instead of one?

Also I am going to marinade the birds overnight, will the turkeys stay moist because of the combination of marinading and beer can cooking?

Yes the cooking time will be a bit longer. Just go by your internat temps.
Yes marinating will help keep them tender. Just baste/spray them as the cook to help keep them that way.

Marinating, cooking on the can, and basting! There's no way you'll get a dry turkey unless you burn it intentionally. :lol: They're going to be great. I hope you'll take some photos that you can share!
