Any one make one of these? I just got back from Las Vegas, awesome trip by the way. While I was there we eat at commanders palace and the food was out of this world. I was really sceptical of the smoked pork belly but it was absolutely fantastic!

Between my wife and I here is what we had.

Soups 1-1-1
A demitasse portion of three soups: Gumbo, Turtle and Soup du Jour

Louisiana Alligator "Cordon Bleu"
Crispy Creole seasoned alligator stuffed with housemade Creole mozzarella and prosciutto di Parma ~ finished with a spicy filé cream.

Commander's Pork Trio
Creole seasoned and roasted pork tenderloin, grilled housemade andouille sausage and 8 hour apple-wood smoked pork belly ~ served with wilted Southern red mustard greens and citrus-Creole mustard glaze

Blackened Buffalo Prime Rib Steak
Pecan-wood smoked and cast iron skillet seared 14-ounce steak ~ served with a shaved asparagus, oven-dried tomato, buttermilk blue cheese slaw and Kentucky bourbon-Steen's sugarcane barbecue sauce

Here is the whole menu, I would recommend this place to anyone going to Vegas
