Thanks to you guys, I did a fine batch of country style ribs last night. I was a bit apprehensive about how to do it but I put all the comments from here together and WOW. Used the basic rub and put them in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Cooked them on medium indirect on my weber gas grill for about 1 1/4 hours. Seared them first for just a little and at the end put some off my bbq sauce concoction on for about 10 min. Ohhhhh, and I used hickory chips. They were some kind of good. Finished them off tonight. This forum might actually make me a respectable bbqer yet!

This is the place to go,.. this and SR's book.,,, I recently saw my fav steakhose in Monteal also endorses SR's books (even though they dont get anysort f commission from sales) and its the only cookbook other than their inhouse one (which they do make money off of obviously) that they endorse3
