I went by one of my local Food Lions and found twin packs of Smithfield pork butts for $0.99 a pound. And they also had beef ribs for $1.69. I ended up with 8 pork butts, and 10 packs of beef ribs. The freezer is stocked and some ribs are in the fridge almost ready to cook....

Sorry to bring this back up YA RIGHT!!! turn off the fountin in my mouth, mr vegas that was really rocking good looking stuff......
OLD is new in some part's. A good brain shake is good for everyone for different grilling ideas. I linked on from the "info" for the brisket, glad I did.
