I went by one of my local Food Lions and found twin packs of Smithfield pork butts for $0.99 a pound. And they also had beef ribs for $1.69. I ended up with 8 pork butts, and 10 packs of beef ribs. The freezer is stocked and some ribs are in the fridge almost ready to cook....

OLD is new in some part's. A good brain shake is good for everyone for different grilling ideas. I linked on from the "info" for the brisket, glad I did.
