I tried two of your recipes from your site. I did the Doan Doan Piggy Chicken and the Mozerella and Bread Skewers however i replaced the tomatoes with the marinated mushrooms on your site. Everything was awesome but the piggy chicken recieved rave reviews from my wife and me. Thanks for sharing recipes and knowledge.

I found the recipe last Monday and have been literally chomping at the bit to get it on the grill. Friday was the day - and it was well worth the wait. Thanks so much for posting such a great recipe. I have added it to my aresenal and look forward to making many, many more times. I used Steven's basic BBQ rub on it and it was fantastic.
